Can't play Minas Tirith in TATW 3.0. Help please.

Hello everybody, I have just downloaded TATW 3.0 and the first thing I have tried to do has been playing a Custom Battle Map with Minas Tirith. I have selected Huge City as settlement and Custom as culture, as it is suposed to be. The problem is that the game loads the map and then sounds an error sound with a black window and I have to reset my computer because I can't do anything, my game crashes and I don't know why. Can anybody help me with this please? Thank you very much in advance.

Tried Ctrl + Alt + Delete and then choose Task Manager? It might minimize the window and let you see the error message.

got that 3 times.. After that it worked perfectly.. Defended it now 2 times, but there can be a problem when u use more as 1 defending, and 1 atacking army.

You're not supposed to use more than 2 armies total in custom battles.

Regarding the OP's issue, try press enter when the black screen occurs.

Just goes for custom settlements.

No, unfortunatelly it doesn't works, I need to reset my computer, I have tried it again.

You're not supposed to use more than 2 armies total in custom battles.

I have tried to play a small Gondor army against a small Mordor army but the same problem takes place, and I have discovered that it takes place in Helm's Deep too. Any other idea to fix it, please?

What an easy solution, thank you very much. I don't have to reset my computer with this, but I still have the same problem, I can't play Minas Tirith. How can I solve the problem? Is there anything I can do with the system.log file?

well, i thought i would rather necro then start exactly the same thread..

i can't play minas tirith on the campaign map.. it crashes when loading the battle

log says nothing

i'm harad with a half stack on crusade, with 2 mordor crusade armies containing a witchking and a nazgul.. (all battle models are fine since i play and make MOS and everything gets tested).

since MOS does not do any mapping nor creation of altering of the settlements / the code going with it.. this is probably a vanilla problem..

anyone got a solution on this? seems that it was a problem in 3.0 aswell seeying the poster above me

You said minas tirith on the campaing ... does it has any difference if it's a custom battle or a battle on the campaing map? I thought the restriction goes for custom settlements in whatever conditions
