Default Problem with Download; No TaTW in mod folder

Steam User. I downloaded part 1 and part 2 to the medieval ii directory. But when i went to the mod folder to rename the files, there was no third age folder for me to rename.

As a steam user, getting it to all go smooth can take some effort. I found that the easiest solution is to just unpack both parts to the default folder. This folder won't actually exist, but it will create it. Then once the files are unpacked and assembled just go to that folder and then move the mod to your proper steam directory.

For some reason when you try to adjust the destination of the unpacker it can be wonky.

Anyway, try unpacking it to the default folder and then just moving the mod.

If you downloaded the files, then you have to run each of them. That is how you unpack them.

After you run/unpack them then you have to re-name the files.

It sounds like you are trying to skip a step.
