Need help modding unit size!

I know this question have been asked a lot but I can't find any post that can give me a straight answer So how do a make unit size bigger??? I wanna go for 100 men to 400 men but I can't figure out how! All I need are the names of the file and the path in that file if I have that I can figure it out myself!

You need as tool the DB-Editor or the Pack File Manager that you can find here([ETW] Index of Modding Tutorials, Resources & Tools (Last Update: 26 Aug, 2011)).
There are a lot of Tutorials, too.
