How to setup Norway playable on Steam version of Kingdoms

Hi lads,

We've just nearly started our hotseat on Teutonic. Unfortunatelly at the end of turn we found that Norway can't recruit. So we applied this patch:

Unfortunatelly again one of our guys cant apply all of these requirements, coz he plays steam version, where I guess folder structure is different. I guess coz I play hard copy and cant imagine how it looks on steam version. So the question is: did anybody of you had this issue with applying "norway patch" on steam version of Kingdoms? If so, give a hint pls.

I think the problem is due to the shortcut your friend is trying to use. The mod instructions isn't designed for Steam, so the "Target" address (see the image) could be incorrect.
