CTD: 2nd battle

Hi, I've got this wierd CTD. After one battle and when I want to start another (no matter it is in my turn or AI turn or 2 turns later since first battle), it always return me to desktop. I don't no why. It's really frustrating since I almost finished my campaign. Anyone have any ideas, solutions?
I'm playing BI and have 1.2 fixes.

So it does crash before or after a battle?
Wait at the result screen of a battle until the music stops, this should prevent post-battle-CTDs.
Sadly this is a bug from RTW/BI that we can't fix (and that occurs more often because the battles in EB last longer)

It's mostly random. Sometimes, always in loading screen, before and sometimes after battle. I'm trying to remember to stay couple seconds in after battle report.

It's really very, very sad information for me... all those hours... as blood in the sand

EDIT: So you're saying that is better to play EB with ALX?
EDIT2: My campaign is definitely end. Now, when it was getting very interesting I was trying solving this issue by clicking autoresolve battle but when I start another it's still CTD. This was great mod, the best I was playing so far...
