Every so often and once and a while, audiences have the honor and privilage of enjoying a great Artisan's work during his/her lifetime..

I am here today to pay homage and respect to such a man, and also to seek tangible recognition for his endeavers. Not only are his works unique, but In terms of filmaking and still shot photography, their caliber is unsurpassed and without rival.

So... with profound humility, I ask that the rank of Opifex be bestowed upon the Artisan named naxzul666

Naxzul's work, modding contributions are focused heaviliest on videos for mods.
Almost weekly there is at least one new video released by him, a video done for a mod, may it be faction intro or ingame events or promotional art (trailers).

I know not everyone sees movie making as a contribution worthy of "modding contribution" - I personal do since it is hard and very time consuming work one spends to add to the atmoshpere, one of the very most important aspects of a mod and for advertisment, which also helps gathering a fan community as well.
Now he does fire one video after another for such a long time already, I don't know exactly how long but for over tow years already, and also speaking as his Content Director he is the very best horse in ma stable (like one would say in Germania ) and I already also (jokinly) said I request/demand the Opifex for him...

I would like Mega to add this great focus to the OP please, cause it would be a shame if such great contribuations would not be considered and add me as supporter please, for noone's gonna be able to put me anywhere else but there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worked with him for RS 2 and I tell you that his work is well worthy a Opifex award.
He spent hours and hours taking the shots and cutting them to our liking. Adding to that is his ability to sync the music with the on screen moments for a more epic final resolute. A true talent and a huge asset of TWC.

I both mod and create video's and I can tell you the work at the level naxul produces his videos is as taxing as any modding, and when you take into account the sheer amount of work he's done it's all but staggering.

Naxul was kind enough to make some videos for The Great War mod, and throughtout the entire process he was more than happy to redo any video, change any slightest thing and was overall an extremely nice person to boot.

Massive support from me. His videos for RS2 were absolutely stunning and really brought anticipation of its release to almost hysterical levels! Fantastic work with camera angles and motion.

Nax has done a great job for the RS2 team in the past, and personally, I think creating videos is a talent and a work of art as much as most anything else concerning the TW series. The abiltiy to do it, and put the music to it, and just set it up graphically with units is pretty cool, and I certainly have no clue how it's done. I support emphatically.

His youtube channel has around 149 videos in total, we clearly have the bulk which shows the amount of time invested and try seeing them and one will find the exceptional work done. Lastly the most important thing is the promotional boost it gives to a mod, tone has already stated the impact of his videos on RS II's success.

Nailed on certainty in my opinion. His work is testament to itself, evidence of his work is easy to find (just follow any link to his you tube channel) and there's over 100 Total War related videos, a significant number of which have been used by mods in one way or another. It's worth noting that naxzul666 makes these videos unsolicited for the love of the mods he works for.

Definitely support, very kind and helpfull person at any time.

Naxzul has made a huge amount of videos for many, many different mods and whilst i don't make video's myself i know how much work and how much time goes into producing them. I don't know how he finds the time to make so many quality videos, but there must be millions of mods who have benefitted from his talent and generosity by now, so he definitely has my support for this award.

I'm really sorry, but I don't think I can support this Opifex candidacy with clear conscience. This is our highest and most prestigious modding award, you should really see what Opifexes of the past have done. While this citizen is a very dedicated member and deserves many times over the honour of being citizen, I'm afraid Opifex needs to show proper and completed modding stuff. Many are those who got this honour for having completed whole mods. If this is a new Opifex standard, then a number 10x of the current Opifexes deserve the award, and then we'll probably create another award for the now-Opifexes. This is my honest, personal opinion and sorry if I sound blunt. Also, the OP for such an award should be of much better quality.
