New to TW Center, veteran of MTW2...
Hi everyone, just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I've browsed these forums often over the years but never joined until now, I am ashamed to admit. I was on totalwarforums.com when it existed, as Frank Dale.
I got into the TW series with Rome: Total War, fell completely in love with it all immediately. I bought BI and Alexander but strangely I never got around to installing them before I was swept off into another game for a few years (huge fan of the Civilization series since I was a little teenage geek), then ended up immersed in Medieval 2, which I still play to this day when I can find the time. I have played Retrofit Mod + GUAM for a long time now (with many heavy modifications of my own), and just finally got into the BBB mod. I know, so many other GREAT mods to try still, but I like to take it slow. *Edit*- I should add I also can't go without the Crimson Tide mod. I am SO into the visual aspect of the battles, just gotta have all that dust, mud, smoke, snow powder and gory blood!*
I just wanted to say hello and I look forward to many productive, informative, stimulating discussions on the forums here. I enjoy sharing useful information and fun experiences, and I have always admired this place; it's about time I participated!
