Default Cost editor affects only player?

Hi, i'm enjoying this mod very much but i find that the campaing becomes a little easy when the player manages to expand his economy, i wish to edit the player's cost unit by adding a +25% to all, but does it affects only the player or the AI as well? Thx

a scripted inflation for human economy could make sence.
if the money, hold back in treasure, is over 250.000 the prices for everything should double (like in real life).

Ok, thx for your answers... my opinion is that the player should get a little more handicaps while playing VH/VH like adding to upkeep cost or lowering income on cities, at least while playing civilised faction, barbarians are in fact more challenging because of the economy.

Play on Hard campaign difficulty. It's said t be tougher than Very Hard due to some unbalances in the later.

If you are playing RTR VII, just keep expanding and your money will dry up quick. The Large Empire Tax will kick your butt when you try to expand beyond your core regions.
