    Default General unit moral boost

I know a commander of an army provides moral boost to his soldiers. But what if you have 2 units of Generals, one is a commander, the other is just a unit of heavy cavalry. Does the other one, the second guy, provide a moral boost too? Because I kinda have a problem when 1 of my flanks starts to flee I have to charge in with my commander to stop men from fleeing, but then my other flank is too far from a general so they sometimes start to waver too.

I was thinking about putting 2 generals in my army so each 1 of them has 1 flank.

So the question is: Does the non-commanding general unit give a moral boost?
Because in its description it doesn't say so
Yea I know the name is terrible, but it's not really finished.

Roman factions do have first cohorts - they do also inspire nearby friendly units.

Gauls have druids - Germanians have crying women - and maybe there are some more for other factions
which i just forgot to mention now.

Also when a flank is breaking or wavering I think the rally special ablility will cause their moral to go up one stage.

yes but I meant a situation in which you need to use your general unit to attack enemy who's breaking your flank, because you just don't have any other unit

You can hit the "F" button when your general is selected to activate their rally horn and then charge at the same time. Huge morale boost to that wing.

But, if you want to have a constant morale booster on one wing, go with First Cohorts. Their Eagle Standards will inspire all troops nearby to fight harder. Essentially does what you want your second general to do, it just does it passively. So no extra micromanagement.

Doesn't the second FM in the army gain a silver star in to it's unit card, which I would interpret as the "second in command" sign?

So does the third, fourth, and fifth... (I see no point to having governors in my cities when they are perfectly happy elsewhere, the only people I tend to keep in cities as governors are the faction leader and the faction heir.
