Crash after turn ends

ok so every time i have a reform the game crashes as i end my turn and it crashes on four different factions and i have so idea wat to do i have tried maybe 30 times

Any mini-mods installed? Changed anything on your own?
Are you sure it is a reform causing the bug?
Start by checking the Frequently encountered issues some of the things mentioned help you.
If not, post here again.

no mini mods no nothing and it happens at other times but if i do something twice it usually allows it the second time but for some odd reason right after the reforms it crashes the next turn

You say you have a clean, unmodified version of EB 1.2+fixes on RTW 1.5; if that is correct a bug like yours should not happen, especially not repeatable. Uploading your campaign-save will give me the opportunity to check if the problem exists in the build or locally on your side.
To help you I therefore need a save in the turn just before the repeatable crash happens (and don't forget to try all the hints given in the Frequently encountered issues about CTDs on AI turns before uploading a file). You'll find your save under the in the in-game-menu given name in \EB\saves. Just use the linked platforms to post here a link to your file.
