Buying a widescreen monitor... question.

That is the monitor i'm thinking of getting. Anyone know about the quality of this company or if they have a decent warrenty? I want to get this as its a REALLY good deal but i've never heard of this company before and really do know almost nothing about these monitors.

Most of the reviews I have seen have been ranging from medicore to bad. I don't know it is a good price. But I live by this maxim, "You get what you pay for."

If I were you, I would get this:

ViewSonic is a well known company for LCD monitors (I own one my self, just not the same version)

I think the extra $20 bucks is worth it if it means my monitor is of better quality and it will most likely last longer.

Ya that is the one i ended up buying. The only thing that annoys me about is is that with its driver it only works on 1440x900 so i'm going to have to mess with it in some games so i can get good FPS. Otherwise its great. A lot brighter than I expected as well.

Only wish their was a way to force some more games to work on widescreen.
