Hehe -- The Book of Kikla
Yeah so I had to write the paper for relgion and one of the options was writing a prophetic book. So thats what I did, you might not think this is funny but It has a lot of inside jokes so it more of a joke to my class than to you guys. PS its all completely Original.
The Book of Kikla
Written by the Prophet Kikla during the reign of Mr. Dalphonse
Chapter 1
America’s Sinfulness
The Vision which Kikla, son of Kikla, had during the days of Clinton, Bush, and Bush:
Hear O heavens and listen, O earth, for the Lord Speaks:
Kikla,
An Ox knows its owner and an Ass its master
But America does not know. A sinful Nation
People laden with wickedness, evil race, corrupt
Children!
They have forsaken the Lord.
Your country is waster, your cities burnt with fire,
Your land before your eyes strangers devour
Your young murdered before birth,
Your old left in they’re homes to die
This the Lord says unto you: No More!
Though you pray the more, I will not listen,
Your hands are full of blood!
Put your misdeeds from before my eyes, cease doing evil,
Make justice your aim.
And Kikla said to the Lord: “Woe is me, I am doomed! For I am a man of unclean hands and stained eyes, living in a world of unclean hands and stained eyes.”
Then the Eagle flew over me and dumped the water of the mighty Mississippi upon me* and the Lord said: ‘See now Kikla! Your hands that were unclean now have been cleaned, and your eyes that were once stained have now been cleared! Go now and spread the word of your God the Lord of Washington and Israel’
So I traveled to San Diego and then to Washington* where I saw the great idols of the Nation.
And the Lord said to me: ‘Kikla, see those Statues? Do not harm them, for they stand for Righteousness and justice. It was under my guidance that the great man on the Chair* freed this nation from slavery. It was under my eye that the second Roosevelt liberated my people from oppression. Do not harm these Statues for they are not false Idols but symbols of the Lord and his Angels.’
And I replied to the Lord: ‘O Lord, they have these Statues here, they represent you and your angels, what then is wrong with this land and this people?’
And the Lord said unto me: ‘Kikla, these people talk of they’re Statues, they’re heroes, they’re rights and they’re triumphs, all I have given them. But they have forsaken me, they say my name with contempt, they say about my name: “It does not belong in public,”
My word is forsaken and forgotten. They remove my tributes from they’re places of Law*, they remove my name and my word from places of debate. Instead they kill my children before conception, or before birth. They help those that need it not, and ignore those that need it most. They’re rulers make just wars* in the Land between the Rivers*, but they’re people labels them evil. They leave they’re elderly on the streets and in homes to die.
‘No More. Kikla, you tell them this, the word of the Lord God of Washington and Isreal:
‘Your country will fall victim to economic hardships,
Wealth will disappear, and there will be no bread on the table.
Famines and Plagues will come.
Your cities will burn under the great clouds*
And your lands taken by conquerors
They will come from north, south, east, and west,
From across great seas and through great deserts they will march,
And when it is done they will divide your land.
Your names will be forgotten, your country undone.
The wealth you have taken from the world and held will be returned
And you will become slaves of others,
Destined to return what you have taken.
Kikla I say to you: This nation must repent or these prophecies will come to past.
1*: Modeled on a Baptism, but I had to tie it to America so the new holy river is the Missisipi and the sign from God it the Eagle, which also represents America.
2*: I was born in Hawaii, we moved to San Diego and from there to Washington DC
3*: Lincoln Memorial 4*: I support the War in Iraq, I had to make it a just War
5*: Mesopotamia, Iraq 6*: Cloud – Mushroom Cloud – nuclear explosion
