A quick question about renaming characters and settlements.

[King Agamemnon of Mycenae]

Well the title seems to sum it up: how do I do it, if possible.
I am using the alex.exe and a Macedonian campaign, if either of those makes a difference.
Oh and how do I find the internal name of characters?
