I will be starting shortly. I just need to download the latest mod.

EDIT: OK, I'm having trouble with the new mod. Re-downloading it doesn't seem to help much.

I think the simplest solution is to go with the same mod we used in the other hotseats. I'm going to need everyone's passwords for the game. At the latest, send me them when you upload your save.

Did you rename the other old westeros folder? That was the problem for me, the old version kept starting up, until I renamed the old folder then everything worked fine.

cant imagine what problem, you simply rename your old folder, unzip the new - done.

So no problens here the savefile worked!
-The new mod was not working for me too but i reinstalled it and it worked

Well even if some ppl can't get it to work can't somebody who has got it to work start the game and it would have all the changes anyway? And I did the same thing, I renamed the new one not the old one. When I switched it around it worked.

Just a quick heads up: If you are playing in any of the other mods you have to either keep renaming the folders or play this hotseat using the folder of the older .53 mod. I don't think you can load saves from the old into the newer one.
