    IB VGR Bartering/Economic System:

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

Craftsmen(Money) is a start of the economic tree for the Romans as livestock(Bartering) is for the Barbarian factions. The trees will diverge and how much they do so depends on the culture or faction. All factions will be able to at least start off with craftsmen and livestock economic trees but depending on the culture or faction the economic trees will differ in their progression. Most factions to varying degrees will have access to the Money monetary system but all factions will have access to the Bartering monetary system that ends with Kingdom’s Raison d’źtre. For the Roman factions a decision must be made as to what economic tree they will want to fully invest in. The Money system holds greater economic rewards but is a greater expense to create and maintain. Factions such as the Roman Britones and the Romano British have lesser access to the higher and better Money system compared to the Romans and this continues to dwindle down to certain Barbarian factions such as the Franks, Visigoths and Ostrogoths. As these Barbarian factions conquer and then try to control these Roman regions they will have the ability to uphold the current established economic system there. But the Roman economic system by this time may have already begun to blur into a hybrid bartering money system thus making the changeover a smooth one. The Bartering system is available to all the factions. Its rewards are not as great as the Money system but cheaper and easier to construct.

The income from developing the economic trees shows up in the construction of certain economic buildings such as the market and farms. Having the traditional Roman curiales class developed will increase tax bonuses from your farms compared to cattle farming in the Kingdom’s Raison d’źtre economic tree. All factions are privy to the curial building since all factions either eventually developed a tax basis to draw upon or it was assimilated from once-held Roman lands. Both are at a similar level in their respective economic trees and are representative of money and bartering. For the Romans the curial class used the Money system more so than the Bartering system but did at this time begin supplementing money for grain. For the other factions the Bartering system was more prevalent under the curial class. The curial class tree gives the greater economic rewards compared to the bartering trees equivalent, cattle farming. Its also important to note the curial class will provide a higher income for the Romans in comparison to one under a Barbarian faction but even so the profits are still greater for any faction than cattle farming.

The Money system of minting of coins and having a treasury (very limited to a few regions) will produce greater tax bonuses as they are indicative of the having the highest levels of wealth for any society. Only the most advanced factions such as the Romans and Sassanids are able to construct them. They can display their wealth by way of a Kingdom's treasury and then either the Roman Senate (Romans) or the Sassanid Palace of Ctesiphon (Sassanids). Certain Barbarian factions may occupy these buldings but they can't build them. The Bartering system's highest building level, the Kingdom’s Raison d’źtre economic tree, needs to be developed in the feudalistic Lords Fort building tree. The highest ranking classes of that tree are the nobles and royal families. Its symbolic of a kingdom with a castlelike centralized political center for the Barbarian factions. For the Romans and a privileged few Barbarian factions, its the Villas (those on the Continent) that are turned into fortresses-and then possibly into the Kings Court.

The curiales are more representative of the Roman type institutions and are established in their traditional areas(AOR) at the start of the campaign. It gives the Roman factions a higher economic standing to start off with. Within Roman/Romano lands the curial class was and is a pivotal aspect for continued economic growth. One with more econimic potential if properly invested in. The neglect of the curiales can result in the further disintegration of the economic system -- not only occurring outside traditional Roman lands but inside as well. For these type factions, curiales can be developed outside their traditional holdings but how it is fostered will depend upon the player's personal approach to the game, and thus give rise to the possibility of VLTRA GLORIAM ROMAE: Beyond Roman Glory once again.

    IB VGR City Triumphs:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

The Roman Empire in 382AD for the first time within their borders dealt with a barbarian people not on their own terms. From this point on Germanic peoples continually would be forced by the invading Huns into hordes and would rather take their chances to migrate their people over the frozen Rhine and the Danube into Roman lands. Little could the Western Roman Empire do to stop it. Before the faction tribe did settle and take on the much watered down foederati status, much waste to the land that lay in their path had been done and the Western Roman Empire began to reel. As the Roman west continued to weakened with their new inhabitants, the barbarians at times felt it was no longer necessary to act as Roman foederati and began to expand. Under there trampling feet lay what all that was once Roman greatness, what was once Roman glory. Could this be the start of a new great Empire for one of these invading factions? A people from the wild and primal Germanic lands? Or one from the open steppes? OR from the expanding Persian east? Or from within the Roman decay, a revival back to all that was great, to all that was magnificent, to all that was Roman Glory and to possibly Beyond Roman Glory. ''He can rest knowing what has been lost has been recovered or he can be restless to what further greatness may lay beyond. It will can be either bold or foolish decision for the task will be monumental and could destroy all that has been accomplished"...What say you...

Whether it is iron used for the weapons and armour of the legions, or gold and silver for coins, the empire depends on it for its very survival. ROMANIZATION: forts, fortress, villas, provincial Latinius Right
BELIEFS OR INDUSTRY: Britain was indeed abundant in metal ore, one of the main consumables in the Roman empire. The non Romanized lands north of Hadrian's wall remained an untapped potentially great source of supply. The Romans adapted and used a forced pump to extract what they wanted. On each side was a piston raised by a rocking handle, which sucked water into a cylinder through a one-way valve. By pushing the piston down, the water was forced into the outlet pipe. The Romans adapted the device to drain bilges, extinguish fires and feed fountains. It was not just iron and lead the Romans wanted to mine, there was also gold, copper and tin. Lead was the main requirement as it could be used for water pipes, guttering and, once liquefied in a furnace, mixed with tin to make pewter. But the Romans had a more important use for lead. They could extract the silver from the ore to make much needed coins and tableware. In this completed final Triumph stage, The wild lands inhabited by the Picts have now been fully Romanized Beyond Roman Glory.

Trade benefited by the introduction of the roads by giving merchants the ability to move goods between towns much faster and easier and with less risk of damage to their goods. In Britain the most developed roads were so essential in the development and success of an empire there resulting in its final stage, Roman glory.

    -Drikians trait additions:
    Vandal
The Vandals (Wandalen, Vandili, Vanduli, Vandali) were an East Germanic tribe that entered the late Roman Empire during the 5th century. The term “Vandilii” is used by Tacitus in his Germania. Theodoric the Great (454 – 526), king of the Ostrogoths, ruler of Italy, regent of the Visigoths, and a viceroy of the Eastern Roman Empire, was allied by marriage with the Vandals.\n
The Vandals are perhaps best known for their sack of Rome in 455. Although they were not notably more destructive than others, it led to the association of the name of the tribe with vandalism: senseless destruction, particularly in diminution of aesthetic appeal or destruction of objects that were completed with great effort.\n\n
Some archaeologists and historians identify the Vandals with the Przeworsk culture, and there are potential connections between the Vandals and the Lugii (Lygians). Maybe the Vandals were part of the Lugian federation, which was composed of Germanic and Slavic tribes.\n
Jordanes refers to Vandals as Gothic (East Germanic) speakers, and name etymologies support the notion of Vandalic being near related to Gothic. Similarities of names have led to appointing homelands for the Vandals in Norway, Sweden, or Denmark.\n\n
The Vandals are assumed to have crossed the Baltic into what is today Poland somewhere in the 2nd century BC. They were divided in two tribal groups, the Silingi and the Asdingi. At the time of the Marcomannic Wars (166–180) the Silingi lived in an area recorded by Tacitus as Magna Germania. In the 2nd century, the Asdingi moved south, and first attacked the Romans in the lower Danube area. In about 271 the Roman Emperor Aurelian was obliged to protect the middle course of the Danube against them. They made peace and settled in western Dacia and Pannonia.\n
According to Jordanes' Getica, the Asdingi came into conflict with the Goths around the time of Constantine the Great. The Vandals were attacked by the Gothic king Geberic, and their king Visimar was killed. They then migrated to Pannonia, where after Constantine the Great (about 330) granted them lands on the right bank of the Danube, they lived for the next sixty years. The Vandals accepted Arian Christianity during the reign of Emperor Valens in the 360’s.\n
This man's ethnicity allows him the acquirement of certain traits.
    ¬--------------------
    {Germanic_Kuning} Kunnig/Kunnigaz/Kuning
Lat.: Rex; Germ.: King, Ruler. Because of his membership and uncontested leadership of the Germanic warrior aristocracy, his man has been chosen to be the Kuning (King/König) of his tribe, a title which means both monarch and supreme warleader during wars.\n\n
Germanic monarchy was a monarchical system of government which was predominant among the Germanic tribes of Late Antiquity. Germanic monarchies were merely primitive states. At the apex of a society of mostly free men stood the Kuning, who had at first only a few limited functions.\n
The Germanic king originally had three main functions: The king served as judge during the popular assemblies. He served as a priest during the sacrifices at important cult sites. And as already mentioned he served as a warleader during wars.\n\n
The Germanic monarchies were originally pagan, but their contact with the Roman Empire and the Christian Church greatly altered their structure. They soon developed into different entities in which the king was more than the leader of a warband and the law more than oral tradition. As more and more territories are conquered, a large vacuum in power opens that couldn’t be filled by feuding tribal leaders. So as time drew on the role of the Kuning greatly increase in value.\n
+1 Management, +2 Influence, +1 Morale for all troops on the battlefield, +2 Law (improves public order), +3 to personal security (improves the chances of detecting and foiling assassination attempts).
    ¬--------------------
    Druhtin/Druhtinaz/Theudanaz
Lat.: Dominus, Maior domus; Germ.: Master, Lord, Warleader, Retainer. This man has gained so much power and influence that he is considered to be the next in line of succession. The office of the Kuning was received hereditarily, but a new king required the consent of the people before assuming the throne.\n
Druhtin was more of an honorary title than a true right of succession since all sons of the king had the right to claim the throne, which often led to co-rulership where two brothers were elected kings at the same time.\n\n
In the fifth century, the principle of election, which determined Germanic succession, was abandoned in those Germanic states under the heaviest influence from the papacy - such as Merovingian Gaul, where hereditary succession and the divine right of the reigning dynasty was recognised. Finally, the principle survived in some form or other for centuries after the demise of the last Germanic monarchies.\n\n
Druhtin is a common Germanic term meaning "lord", designating a military leader or warlord. After Christianisation, the term began as well to be used for God (meaning the Lord). The word comes from Proto-Germanic “druhtinaz” and is derived from “druhti” (war band) and the "ruler suffix" –ina.\n
+1 Influence, +1 Law (improves public order), +1 to personal security (improves the chances of detecting and foiling assassination attempts).
    ¬--------------------
    Rex Vandalorum et Alanorum
The Visigoths, who invaded Iberia before receiving lands in Southern France, crushed the Alans in 426, killing the western Alan king Attaces. The remainder of his people subsequently appealed to the Vandal king Gunderic to accept the Alan crown. Later Vandal kings in North Africa styled themselves Rex Wandalorum et Alanorum ("King of the Vandals and Alans"). First Roman Emperor Valentinian III recognized Gunderic’s successor Geiseric as "legitimate" king.\n\n
According to one book, Geiseric’s position among his own people was unassailable. His overwhelming success encouraged autocratic power. As did a conspiracy among some Vandal lords, which was bloodily suppressed.\n
In response, Geiseric favoured government in which officials replaced the old tribal aristocracy, by his patronage and not their birth right. This allowed Geiseric to employ the talents of Romans and non-Vandals.\n
Later, he passed a law in which succession to his throne was restricted to the royal family and not subjects to the ancient Germanic custom of election. Such was his authority that Geiseric’s will was accepted with little struggle.\n

    ¬--------------------
    Adaling/Athalingaz/Aetheling
Lat.: Adelinus; Germ.: Prince, Descendant of Noble Fathers. This man is an Adaling (Athalingaz), a member of a noble family, whose high status is justified by the fame and glorious deeds of his illustrious ancestry.\n
Adaling was an Germanic term used to designate princes of the royal dynasty who were eligible for the kingship. Aethele, Ęžele or (a)ethel, meaning "noble family", and -ing, which means "belonging to. It is etymologically related to the modern German words Adel, "nobility", and adelig or adlig, "noble", and also to the modern swedish word "ättling" ("descendant".)\n\n
Adaling (Aetheling) was also used in a poetic sense to mean "a good and noble man". The hero of the famous epic poem Beowulf (8th century) is introduced as an Adaling, possibly in the sense of a relative of the King of the Geats (Goths), though some translators render Adaling as "retainer". Since many early Scandinavian kings were chosen by competition or election rather than primogeniture, an Adaling (Ęželing) may have been the term for a person qualified to compete for the kingship.\n
    +1 Command, +1 Management, +1 Personal Security.
    ¬--------------------
    Eril/Erilaz/Haližaz
Lat.: Comes, Germ.: Hero, Warrior Leader, Army Person. This man is an Eril (Hero/Held), a warrior of great renown who has gained fame and fortune through loyalty and service for his Kuning. The Eril was originally the leader of an army. "Ek Erilaz" almost certainly meant "I the warrior". The word obviously had a lot of prestige, and this is not surprising in a culture that valued warriorship so highly. The word gained further in prestige until it meant "army leader".\n\n
There are about a dozen early inscriptions of the form "I the Eril, wrote this" (-az being the masculine singular word ending). This word is likeliest the Proto-Germanic ancestor of Anglo-Saxon “worl” and its relatives, meaning "man, warrior, noble". There is fairly good linguistic evidence on a relation with Proto-Germanic *harjaz = "army", via a supposed derivative *"harjilaz" = "army person".\n\n
There is mention in the Rigsthula that a Eril should be an educated person, who should know runes and also magic, among a many other things. It can not be interpreted as saying that a Eril was a rune magician, merely that an ideal Eril should be broadly educated. Warriorship was still the Eril's primary business. Virtually all other sources place Jarls squarely in their military and political occupations.\n
    +1 Command, +1 Management.
    ¬--------------------
    Adhal/Athalaz/Athel
Lat.: Nobilitas; Germ.: Noble, Ancestry, Nobility. This man is a Adhalaz, a nobleman, who has achieved authority amongst his people through bravery, honor and success. He’s a highly respected person, who has numerous guards and minions, and has been educated in business and warfare.\n
A worthy Adhalaz is expected to be just in his rule and noble in his deeds, and must support both his kin and retinue with a generous hand. He often serves as counsellor and vassal to a higher lord (Adaling or Eril).
+1 Morale for all troops on the battlefield, +1 Influence.

3.How to know what cities are military, economic or capitals:
    a. Military cities contain the iron resource - Economic cities do not.
    b. a city with a known historical predisposition
    c. Capital cities are both economic and military
    d. Click the city within the province
1a. click the construction button then click the building browser. You will then see your cities potential.
    4. What are the different cities functions.
    a. The military city: these cities produce the highest upgrades for a factions army. Also most of the time these cities produce the finest armour and weapons. A war harbour can be built at this city. The iron resource icon represents this city as a military site.
    b. The economic city: theses cites produce the highest upgrades for a factions economy. Also they have a two tier forts that allow them to recruit foederati and mercenary troops. A commerce harbor can be built at this city. No iron icon resource means it is an economic city.
    c. The capital city: these cities produce the highest upgrades for a factions army and economy Also trading merchandise is enhanced bringing in more revenue compared to other cities. A war harbor or a commerce harbor can be built: includes the choice between the commercial port and the war harbor as its fully upgraded port. This city is always represented by the iron and the grain resource.

-How to change military cities to economic cities and vice versa:
    a-For Economic city:
Treasury building: needed to build upper tier economic buildings in a military city.
    b-For Military city:
Logistica Engineering building: needed to build upper tier military buildings in an economic city

    5. Spawning Armies and Emergent factions
    a. Armies that spawn onto the map and become a fighting force
    b. Emergent factions: The Bulgars are a non playable faction that will emerge into the 434AD campaign.
    6. New building recruit system:
-Barbarians and Huns Nomads can build now only up to city level barracks and stables
-Romans and Sassanids, Ostrogoths, RB, and Franks can build above city level barracks and stables.
-Barbarians and Huns Nomads (including Romans with a few exceptions)will have highest level tier units within city level barracks and stables.
-Barbarians and Huns Nomads will be able to use the higher level barracks if they conquer Roman lands that have already large and huge city barracks.
-Barbarians and Huns Nomads then can recruit their city level units within the Roman occupied large and huge city Roman barracks, stables and several Roman units with higher experience levels than city levels.
-Can be recruited by most barbarians within or recently Roman lands in the city barracks (hundredmen hall) an on:
    Veteranii Bucelarii .

    7. Trade
a no trade icons: cities still trade to adjacent settlements on land and by sea trade routes
b trade icons: appear in capital cities and show what is traded. Trade is also enhanced
c economic buildings: buildings displayed for construction for the type of trade. Trade is enhanced.
1 economic buildings with certain technological upgrades such as a paved roads can increase profits
a its a good idea to see what type of military buildings your faction was known for. The trade value from these buildings can be very helpful

    8. Bartering Economic System
    IV-NEW TRADE BONUS MONEY SYSTEMS
    Cattle/land, money and gold
    Cattle/Land and Money Systems
Types Income (Effecting trade base income bonuses and building trees)
    1-LAND /CATTLE
    -Gaels
    -Pict's
    -Germanic
    Base level needed None:
    Building-
    1-Cattle
    2-Cattle Farming: Land Owners
    Gaels: bóaire Bó Aires/Cerdķ/lįech
    Picts...same Bó Aires/Cerdķ/lįech
    Germanic Land Owners/Ceorle-Artisans/Craftsmen
    3-Ruling Assemblies ...unique buildings
    (needed: Barb Gov Center )
    -Gaels: The Céile: at feis
    -Germanic:folkmoot (in its ancient form)
    a-Franks: Warriors Assembly
-Pict's: on Chambered Cairn on Moot Hill at Scone where the druids meet.
    The Druids acted as judges
    MONEY
    -Romans
    -Romano British
    Base level needed None:
    Levels:
    2-Craftsmen(money lending and a trade)
    4-Curiales class: Land Owners
    3-Roman govcenter for pop Assimilation)
5-Treasury Treasury (needed provincial civil gov)
Cattle was worth about 1/2 a solidus. A cattle type trade bonus is less then a money based trade bonus. Having a large Roman curial class of land owners will bring noticeably higher trade base bonus return in comparison to the Germanic/Gaelic/Pict/land cattle trade gains.
The game for all the cultures is based on a numerical values but at least the two different income types can be somewhat reflected.
-Both systems have the same points...corn exchange(grain)and livestock but quickly diverge with provinces population upgraded settlements
-The different types economy reflects the trade bonuses effects on ports, markets and the various other economically type driven buildings. The Money system is the most sophisticated and generates the higher bonuses but is the most expensive and more technologically challenging to construct. The Romans and more so the Romano British can digress and begin building the barter type economic systems, but thus forfieting the ability to build the higher level economic and technicalogical.

    9. Client Kingdoms
    a)Germanic law codes
1..must be in a military and economic city.
exception: (Do not need law codes to recruit elite client units)
    Sassinids
    Huns
    Nomads
Germanic law codes. Influenced by Roman laws and were modified to coexist with Roman peoples such as The Codex Euricianus:475AD

    Elite Client Unit
1..must be in a capital city.
2..Client Kingdoms building must be built.
a..original factions capital will determine the elite client unit.
Sassanids: Dewar fortress. A regional (ZOR) that can recruit elite (saptry) units from conquered cities outside of the capitals
    10. Region specific units: (AOR)
Certain units for factions can only be recruited in a designated region. This may be due to such factors as the units were once from a powerful kingdom that has now passed or the unit is only known to its home lands.buildings that generate incolme in terms of money. This reflects the so called dark ages in ways of loss of certain technologies.

Role of the curiales class, Provincial Civil gov and Treasury
    Civil
-Curiales Class is needed to build the econ: ports, river ports and needed for the 2end tier Provincial Civil gov
-Provincial Civil Gov is needed for the implementation of the infra structure: Paved roads to via consularis highways, aqueducts to city plumbing and the important Provincial treasury. Taxation brings in a substantial amount of money but the down side is the population decreases from the oppression put upon its cities and the curiales class.
    -Provincial Treasury EDITING

    10.Government Buildings:
Only the Romans and the Sassanids have Government Buildings. They characterize the efficient bureaucracy that is needed to run an empire

Governors Residents has a great impact on trade, happiness and law
    - influence on certain occupied territories: seen as oppressors
    + impact on trade.
-Core buildings starting with the governors villa(large town) will be a hearth of sorts for a factions advanced unit. This will up tempo the game a bit and give factions a strong unit early on in the game. This will be more magnified with the Saxons for they will be able to eventually recruit the units below by the creation of the Governors palace.
    kotsetla Ceorls
    Geneatas Ceorls
    Geoguth
    Duguth.
Understand the economic impact of units(Cost of upkeep) certain units such as warlords can have high upkeep costs
    10 Romanization
-Non Romanized lands very high -happiness and law penalties.
-Semi Romanized lands: -happiness and law penalties. Penalties are not as high as the Non Romanized lands for these lands have been settled by the migrating barbarians for at least several generations. The two separate campaigns may vary in the amount of -penalties for the different eras they represent.

    Triump Buildings
a- a system of trade(buildings) that is vital to that captured factions capital that will bring prosperity and peace. The final tier building will be a Roman Emperor Broze Statue that will represent the subjugated populations prosperity and a constructed building depicting the final Romanization building. This will be the end process to bring about romanization to the once tremendously hostile region
b - An appropriate ancillary will be given to the Emperor who conquered and pacifies each of the non roman capitals. An ancillary will depict him as the ruler.

    11 Faction Assimmilation
    1a Barbarians and Romano British:
    Barbarian Government Center
-New recruitment Branch off for RB, Barbarian, Hun, and Nomads at city levels.
-These factions will not be able to recruit units in Roman barracks or stables after city levels.(or build from this tree)
-These factions need to build a barbarian government center building to start the assimilation process.
-City level units are better in the branched off barrack and stable buildings in cities, large cities, and huge cities that available after pop.is assimilated.
-government center needed for assimilation of the local population.
-After assimilation(completion of the Barbarian government center) barrack and stables buildings branched off in the barbarian form can now be constructed.
-Best cavalry and infantry units are found here at city to larger city levels.
-Cavalry ill be more readily available
-New unit: Scout Cavalry Raider for most factions: retextured

1b Romans and Romano BritishRB is limited)
    Roman Civilian and Government Center.
-Roman government center building needed to Assimilate the local population.
-After the Roman government center building is completed, city to large and huge cities can now build Roman barracks and stables producing the best Roman units.

    13.Philosophy
The game is set up to play out in a historical fashion. Factions that do not have more than a few provinces will be at a disadvantage. and therefore they will be a challenge to play. There are though what I call general "truths" or historical possibilities that this author has allowed for game play to create historical imagination. As a player you have the ability to change and create history. Nothing is etched in stone until a campaign is completed J

    Part I

IB VGR Bartering/Money Economic System-Finished By Riothamus

The better the roads the faster troops and equipment to be moved great distance in a fraction of the time it would normally take.
    +1 Command, +2 Influence

Lol, I was gonna use the Numerus System in IBUR. Thanks for beating me to it. Good previews, although I would reccomend in stead of "Numerus Light Palatinae" You could do "Numera Auxilia Palatinae" and then for the heavy infantry "Numera Palatinii Armata?"

Also, use "Comitatensis" in place of "Legionis" as you would not have the same two numerical descriptions in one phrase; would get confusing.
eg. "Numera Gallica Comitat..tenses or mabye comitatus, not sure"

EDIT: Legionis and Auxilia would still come before the word Palatinae, might want to fix that. Numerus/Numera would be right depending on the unit name, you have to look at each individual ending

Cool, I still think having 10 provinces in Gaul and 30 provinces in Britan is a little unbalanced though :/

    Also some unit name improvements:

    Numeri Vigiles
    Numeri Militiae
    Numeri Plumbatae
    Numera Legiones Romani

If you had tried the game then I just might take your opinion seriously. The mod has been balanced with the British Isle factions much weaker economically and militarily thus a province in Britain is almost a third of that in Gaul. Its to play out like a mod within a mod. The 2 factions that emerge from there are then on equal footing with the other factions on the mainland. If you played the game and found this unpleasant then fine.

In regards to the unit names thank You

Hmm, true, I could never get it to work, I have a new computer, granted, but I can't install mods on it without my dad's permission who won't give it to me.

Also, yeah that's true, I kinda forget how focused on Britan your mod has been. Sort of the highlight of it.

    - The word 'Numera' does not exist in Latin Language, the Latin word you are referring is the word:
'Numerus, -i' m., II decl., plural: 'Numeri' (being a noun masculine plural of the II decl., it cannot have the Neuter form finishing in -a!)
Now the adjective 'Palatinus, -a, -um' it cannot be written in the form 'Palatinae' because the ending have to be related, at least, to the word 'Auxilia' so we should have 'Auxilia Palatina' or 'Numeri Auxiliorum Palatinorum' or (but IMHO it is wrong, but with the Late Latin we can take some freedom) 'Numeri Auxilia Palatina'. or better: 'Palatina Auxilia Numeri'

    - About your 'Numera Gallica Comitatenses' there is something wrong also here!
'Numera' is wrong, instead we should have 'Numeri' as I said.
Galliaca is obviously wrong because it should be related to 'Numeri' so we should have 'Gallici'
the correct definition should be: 'Numeri Gallici Comitatenses'. or better 'Comitatenses Gallici Numeri'

    - And in the same way your 'Numera Palatinii Armata' is wrong o.c.!!
We should have 'Numeri' (instead of 'numera') and its related adjective 'Palatini' (only one 'i' in the plural it is from the adjective 'Palatinus, palatina, palatinum' so the Plural is 'Palatini, palatinae, palatina'). And finally comes the poor 'Armata'! Again it is an adjective: 'Armatus, -a, -um' so it must be related to its subject: that is 'Numeri' o.c.! so we should have 'Numeri Palatini Armati' or better 'Paltini Armati Numeri' at your choice!

MMFA, It is all a matter of genders (Masculine, feminine, neuter), subjects and adjectives, their Latin decl. (I,II,III...) and related endings of the words.

Hey Rio, i believe this small correction should be made to city triumphs for Saxons. 434AD and 463AD Frumwęstm in my opinion should be normal roman glory just like it is for Romano-British and city of Londinium. they both lie in Brittania, a former province.

Yes. Did change it. I think I changed a few some time ago when we discussed modifying it
