2.0 Problem

I reinstalled the game several times but still have this problem

You could take a look in here, there you can find young_dude's solution as well.

An alternative is to just install the 2.1 patch, everything should work out then (can be found in linked thread).

it had the fix in it in big bold blue letters NOTE : IF IN BATTLE YOU GET THE WHITE UI THEN DELETE m2tw/mods/Third_Age/data/ui/battle.sd
NOTE : In some system the path is: C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\Third_Age\data\ui\battle.sd
