Loyalty: Which factions?
Ok, after much research and a good amount of testing we found out that at most 3 factions can have BI style rebels like ERE/WRE ones, while others can have emerging rebels like goths and ostrogoths...
Please vote which factions should get what, your opinion matters!
EDIT: Some options will imply a forced change to unified rome or a minor faction changed to rebels
EDIT2: Any kind of rebel faction implies an emerging styled rebellion
