In a quiet part of London a medium sized building was rented on behalf of the Crown... Soon a few dusty old looking clerks arrived with desks and pounds of paper...

In the small stable out the back of the old building stood a few stong and powerful horses... Each well fed and cared for... Each capable of speed travel...

Not long after the building had been occupied did the horses with their riders leave... Spreading out of London to visit all the Lords of the realm...
