Are you saying that you need advice on finances and stuff? It is hard to tell from your grammar (no offence, but I don't understand what you are saying)
ye thts what am sayin
Well it is usually different in each campaign. I would say just wtach your income for each city closely, if they start getting in the negatives then stop recruiting and maybe disband unneccessary units. Also biuld economical buildings in your more prosperous land. Basically just have one city build mostly military and another economy, but don;t get too one-sided with that.If your miltary city is getting really low incom focus on getting it up again.
No never disband! That's the worst strategy you could use! If your in a war you need as many men as you can get out there. I suggest defence is the best form of attack. Hold onto your settlements for a few turns, watch your incomes and don't build anything or recruit. Then attack when your financies are in order!Originally Posted by Hader

Sometimes disbanding is all right, like with uneccessary peasants or other units in a town that it totally protected, maybe with enough units already. It is not the worst strategy. Remember it is quality not supreme quantity that can almost 95% of the time win a battle.
once you get a foot hold in centeral greece you should be fine greece has really really rich land ready to get the money sucked out of it
I think I should mention that you should not be fooled by the income shown on the campaign map for each city. it realy has nothing to do with your total income; even if a city is showing -1000 income you will still be making money from that city.
Boost up your economy by increasing trading and maximizing taxes. If you still lack money, disband units whom you have no use. Also, I'd only recruit heaviest foot-units available, and perhaps some archers and war machines for long range fights.
I think roads are most useful in Greece; it maximises trade between your cities, which are relatively close together, and enables you to move troops around quicker. Also, I think disbanding poor-quality units like peasants is a good idea, not only to save cash, but to help in fighting battles. To be honest, any other unit in the game can beat peasants. Even when they are backed up by an elite unit, all they will do is lose men and rout, decreasing the morale of your whole army. Trust me, all they are good for is sapping, and I never do that anyway (siege towers for me) so I never use peasants.
