to change the model u have to look in the descr model battle text file and look for the Greek general copy the infomation from the Greek General entry to the lesser general BUT changing officer models means that the other factions that use that entry i.e. Seleucid Macedonian will also have their model changed so their texture lines will also have to be updated so basically you have to copy all the factions info
hope thats clear

It's piece of cake. Open the "descr_model_battle" text file, scroll down to find the greek general's section. Copy all the "texture" and "model" entries and paste 'em in the lesser general's section which if i am not mistaken, should be just below the greek general's section.
Thus, all greek factions(Greeks, Macedon, Thrace & Seleucids) will have the proper greek geeral.![]()
Sorry! "General" I wanted to say.
Or you could just edit 'data/descr_character.txt', this is the file that deals with battlefield generals.
Find your faction's lesser general battle model entry, and just remove the 'lesser' bit, so it looks like this:
faction greek_cities
dictionary 2
strat_card data/ui/barbarian/agents/card_general_celt.tga
strat_model sm_greek_lesser_general
battle_model greek_general
battle_equip gladius, chainmail shirt helmet and rectangular shield
That's it.
Guys i did that, and my generals all deformed, he doesnt have a helmet or anything he has everything else just that his face is replacing the helmet........
