Rebel spawn frequency

hi, i was jus wondering if it was possible to change the frequency of the rebals spawning, so there are hardly any, as i currently have rebels all over my provinces and i'm getting bored of trying to move smaller armies together but having to fight massive rebal armies before i can do so.

Hardcoded in RTR Gold, possible in RTR Platinum. If you're using Gold, you'll notice that most of the rebels that spawn tend to crop up on specific tiles. When you defeat a bridang stack, build a fort where they last spawned. You may need to do up to 2 or so for each province, but it seems to get rid of them.

In Platinum, you can edit data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\descr_strat.txt and change the brigand and pirate respawn values. Note that you need to increase this number to lower the frequency.
