Personally, my favourite work of music that i've ever listened to has been, and will probably always be, Symphony No.5 in C-minor by Ludwig van Beethoven. Allegro con brio is a classic passage of music. Duh-duh-duh-dum! Symphony No.40 in G-minor by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is another classic. The soundtrack of 'Last of the Mohicans' has some excellent songs. I also enjoy Haydn's Symphony No.94 in G-major and Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture. Both timeless masterpieces of the Classical music genre.

Definitely Tchaikovsky's last symphony, Pathetique. His 1812 Overture nearing the end definitely stirs up my patriotism for the nation I wasn't born in and Symphony No. 36 'Linz' by Mozart. I have plans to travel there some day.

A strong debate between Dvorak's 9th Symphony, Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet, and Haydn's Viola Concerto in D major.

The Imperial March, by John Williams. It just exudes a sense of heroism, strength, and martial glory that few other musics can evoke.
