How to disable canister shot for all artillery?

Use the DB editor. Find it with google. There's a table called something like units_abilities. Make a new pack file. Click on the ability column to organise it alphabetically. Highlight all the canister shot rows, and delete them. Save. Find the modmanager with google and use that to make ETW use your mod. If you're using Darthmod, there's detailed instructions within the launcher for using mods.
