    Default Descr_settlement_mechanics

    Hi! Could you tell me how to mod this file?
    I mean, what those entries mean. All I can clearly understand is the very end of the file, which determines amount of people you need to upgrade the settlement and such.

    What I want to do, is to lower populace increase rate, because in my opinion towns grow too fast. Which entries have effect on this?

    SOF = Order
