This is interesting to me for a variety of reasons.
1. Would this be considered "hacking" the .exe and thus be against the ToS?
2. There are already a variety of tools which do just that for a variety of games, this one isn't necessarily the best or the only one.
3. Does it actually, noticeably, fix performance issues.
