a noobish question..

how can i activate the garrison script everytime i play... i'm playing 8.0

Press ESC on campaign map screen, then press the question mark. When the advisor pops up press the "Show me how"-button, and it's activated.
You only need to press it once, but there is no harm if you forget and press it more times.

i did it several times but no advisor pops out..

You do what and nothing happens?
What should happen is you press esc and the questionmark, and some buttons appear in the top left corner, and when you press "show me how", nothing happens except the button goes grey. Unfortunately there is no reciept that it's actually been activated.

no what i mean to say is that after pressing esc the advisor doesnt appear...

There is a ? mark at the top right of the exit window. You then click that and to your left the advisor will appear.
