How many people actually use this? is it better than normal arrows?

They're great for panicking elephants, but I don't really use them for much besides that.
AFAIK flaming arrows cause more damage but are less accurate. I use them against heavily armoured opponents and elephants. They also reduce the morale of a unit being fired upon, and can be used to break units whose morale is wavering.
"Huh?"
does it break the morale of your own units?
I believe it does. A number of times I've seen this happen, and because they're so inaccurate you're more likely to take own-kills. A number of times I've been trying to break an enemy's morale and I've broken my own unit's instead. And as the guy above said, flaming arrows are great for stopping siege assaults before they begin. You can set fire to any siege equipment except saps and ladders.
"Huh?"
i sent flaming arrows into the enemies elephants and it wiped out half of the enemies forces!!!!! it was 3v1 stack battle for Seleucia-Ctesiphon(sp?) w00t!!
Yes they are useful in sieges o.c., but in normal battles?
- Does the accuracy worsen with flame arrows?
- Flame arrows do greater damage on men or horses?
- The range is the same?
- Flame arrows are better or worse against heavy armoured troops?

my friend, from what I can tell
1) yes, the accuracy does worsen, and the archers seem to shoot more slowly
2) Apparently they do more damage tp the enemy
3) slightly less
4) To tell the truth, I don't think arrows are much good against armored troops, unless they're being wielded by horse cavalry or Gupta archers. They're good for panicking elephants and lesser troops.
