Is it possible to give ports the free_upkeep and allow boats to be free upkeep when docked????

I haven't tried this, but that sounds like a good idea. Shouldn't be that hard to test. In the EDU give a boat the free upkeep tag and then in the EDB, under port, give it an entry for free_upkeep bonus. Let us know what you find out.

So upon my testing it would appear that the only structure the free upkeep attribute works with is the settlements walls (levels)...i tried it with specific buildings and ports and specific units and the only ones that worked are the ones related to the settlement walls (levels)...when applied to ports and buildings it shows up in the building scroll but it doesnt have any affect on your budget scroll...
