Generic errors...

Hello!
So I just reinstalled my Rome: Total War after I installed SPQR Mod over my original game, I forgot to make another clean installation to install it there... So, I decided to put my skins I was always using.
But now I get some generic errors, like this...

or fs_medium_horse...
What do you think is wrong?
Is there anyway to uninstall SPQR mod?
How could I fix this?

I fixed it, I had to install the patches first :p
