Default AAR of the legions. And a strategy

could i have an aar of the legions that i can recruit? im thinking of pulling out of the frontier settlements and consilidating my forces. I just wanna know how far should i pull back in order not to miss out on any region that is able to recruit comitatensis or palatinae

    thanks in advance!

A lot of legions are recruitable in border settlements - quite a few are along the Rhine frontier for example.

As JF said, all legions are recruitable along the frontiers. The only exceptions are the Domesticorum Pedites in Rome.
