The armour is enchanted, so yes you do need the perk. But that should be no problem if you got the skill already.

All over the place if you're a member of the Thieves Guild, go to Riften and join.

Man pay some attention to what you see and hear in the game! It says on a loading screen that Riften is infamous for having the Thieves Guild - it even tells you where in the city!

ps: I'm totally noob when coming to Elder scrool seried. I did play Morrowin before but not much. Never followed any quest. Just kil everything in my patch before I get bored. Didn't play Oblivion as my pc sucks at that time.

Oh wait, apparently you also have to do some Thieves Guild questing to unlock them as fences.
The only way, besides joining the Thieves Guild, would be a special perk in the Speech tree that allows you to sell stolen stuff to stores you've invested in.

Where can I find a spellbook for invisibility spell? Do I have to join the college of mages and do a ton of quests to get it or a merchant somewhere sells it? Haven't found one so far.

There aren't a ton of quests for the College of Mages.

Use Courage and Muffle. You can level up Illusion really fast if you concentrate on doing just that for about 20 minutes because neither have to be cast in combat to improve illusion. It's an Expert level spell, so you need a skill of 75 in illusion for it to unlock at a merchant.

So you can't cast it earlier? I guess it would make the game too easy? A pity, I was planning to make an assassin based on sneak and invisibility but this can't happen until I have 75 in illusion school.

And where can I find that fellow you mentioned that sells illusion spells?

He works for the college. You can find him there. You don't have to do any quests for him to buy spellbooks.

You can cast it, but you'd have to find the spellbook somewhere. I haven't found any expert spells in loot. Have you considered alchemy for invisibility? Getting 75 in illusion is really really easy.

Heres the ingredients you need for potions of invisibility:

Completeting the "main" Markath forsworn quest (with the "king of the forsworn") doesn't affect the other forsworn around the countryside, does it? Because I would hate to lose an opportunity to duke it out with those guys.

The Forsworn are still hostile to you and still attack on sight after completing the quest. So go nuts.
