rmvb or rm to mpeg

Can anyone say me how to convert an .rmvb or an .rm file to mpeg?
I have many music videos on my PC but almost all of them are rm or rmvb, I want to convert them to mpeg and put them on CD-R, so I can vie them on my TV.
Any idea?

This again requires registration BUT the only apparent limitation for not registering is a maxiumum of five minute videos. This should be fine for you as the majority of music videos should be less than 5.

Thank you, you are right I'm a little lazy, but when I searched with yahoo, the most of the programs that I have downloaded were not working or thei limit was 1MIN.
