    Is it possible to also install the Rome Surrectum mod with this mod? thanks!

    What do you mean? Are you asking if it's possible to have both of them installed simultaneously? It is, though Roma Surrectum requires you to make another complete copy of RTW upon which to install the mod. If you're asking if the two mods could somehow be blended together, the answer is no; they each make different changes to game files. If you're wondering whether you can install the Roma Surrectum environments, the answer is yes. You can find the download in the submods subforum within the RTR VII forum. However, note that installing the environments will alter the battle maps upon which the two initial battles (Rome vs Epirus and Carthage vs Siciliot) are fought.
