The tullies can actualy survive the first turn although it is difficult.
The main problem is Robband all the little raiding parties that the Lannisters get (like Gregor). These raiding parties are enough to capture all the nearby cities and Jaimie can defeat and capture Riverrun long before Robb arrives with his army.
I suggest moving Robb and his cavalry further south so he can get to Riverrun in 1 turn rather than 3 while slightly increasing the grassions on the Tully towns to stop those darn raiding parties taking them all in one go.
