We are a Npoleonic community above a modding one.

iam sorry , but we see no advantage for our interest to do so.

time ago we modded Rome and medival into a napoleonic game , as there was no Game for us out there.
Although Napoleon Total War is far from a proper napoleonic game, it is a decent base and wireframe for one.

Sorry again , but Iam sure you have plenty of good mods out there for Shogun.isnt it?

True. There is plenty of good mods, but they don't have the in depth creativity to totally revamp an entire game with added major historical battles, scenarios, challenging maps, enhanced terrain,new textures, new skins, and with large maps.

I personally enjoy the hidden while walking for all units. That feature alone adds more strategy and tactics with your formation, your build, your units, and the way you use your forces.

If you did something like this for shogun 2. Doesn't have to be a total revamp, but if you did. It would be successful and I would play it. I would also post videos of it.

You shouldn't even mention that failure of a TW Point Man.
