no, it don't change skins, it's compatible with dmuc

and other mods like skins mod, sound mod
it's a mod which makes the gameplay smooth ( highter rate of FPS , no lags or less )

The one for Shogun seems to work for, ETW & NTW but messes up the graphics for the sky. Be nice to have this one.
