Completly Rename England!!

Hi is it possible to rename a faction completly from my mod I tried to rename england into used Gigantus's guid of creating a new faction, so it worked but in campaign map ctd when I press end turn once the rebel faction icon dissapear?? any guide to rename a faction??

Expanded.txt, it's in the data\text folder, just edit the text in green and leave the red text alone. This is an example there's a lot more to search for.
This file will give you all the in game (display) text like the faction name.
