That seems ridiculous.Would not copyright laws extend to everything in this mod?Does it only affect the name?

Games Workshop usually does everything wrong in the online world...
Like back then when Blizzard wanted to make an online RPG together with them... they refused to cooperate. So Blizzard made WoW...

im surprised they are still not fired yet, they have a notorious reputation of bieng little when it comes to cooperation and dealing with their fans or other companies.
WoW was a perfect example.

The name, in this case it isn't so much the content as it is the trademark. By using the name the creators of this mod are seen to be trading off of that name, to generate what magical profits I don't know, but there you have it.
