Each clan has a settlement with a unique building that provide some features, including the training of special units.
The faction leader unit is BEAR RIDERS (not recruitable, its just him, as well as Dain's with its boars, part of my HEROES OF MIDDLE EART concept).
They have unique settlements.
The units are totally new custom made, I realized using COW units would result bizarre, as awesome as they are, they belong to COW world. The new Orocarni units are badass looking, like the other dwarven faction that I already posted the preview.
After some months of meditation I decided to say goodbye definitively for 3.2 KK's dwarven units, they will not be used anymore (except for ballista/catapult crews and miners). I never liked KKs dwarves, they look innocent and innofensive. Too many colors, they look like toys.
The new ones I created look badass. Well, actually, I only did the textures, models are from Jox25 and Bucle_CT.
I have also created new stratmap models for captains and generals for the orocarni faction (belive me they look badass ), as well as for the original dwarven faction.
I have a feeling that everyone will love the orocarni dwarves. I think I managed to create something great, the settlements, their armor, their beards and hair... eveything seems to match, and while they look more savage/rustical/easterling than the original dwarven faction, they are still based on WETA concepts so nothign cartoonish or childish.
Here is a example of one of their units, think about a dwarven berserker with red heavy armor, 1 axe each hand, no helmet and a mohican hair, moving 1.2x faster than normal units, like killing machines. You attack a enemy unit and all you see is your dwarves devastating them in a few seconds like a wave.
For ballance, dont worry, the units stats and recruitment rates are totally based in 3.2 dwarves plus some small changes.
And yet if noone likes the new faction, well you all, I love them
