Help please, napoleon ctd

Hello all

im having some trouble with my coalition campaign in NTW, im playing as Russia. im currently in turn 96, and everytime i conquer the city of milan, i got a CTD. i tried autoresolve, even let the papal states (current owner) surrender. but before my soldiers capture the city i got a crash.

anyone knows why? what should i do?

PS: BTW im kinda new here and please forgive my bad english, spanish speaker here.

Does this come with any kind of error message, like AppCrash or the like?
It could be a bad save-game. If you have an older one, try start from there.
If it continues, there is a chance that this is one of the many mistakes CA made but never plan on fixing. Sorry.
Edit: But to be on the safe side, lets have a look see at your dxdiag.
