If you're saying that for some units they disappear but the arrows are still there, that's just a because of a lack of 2D sprites for those units. That won't be fixed by the team anytime soon so we all have to live with that.

if you're playing on the lowest graphical settings because of a low-end computer then it should stay that way. otherwise, turn the unit detail to very high.
