Help! no barracks

Hi, I'm new to these forums, and I registered myself because I have a really annoying problem in TATW that I hope one of you have a solution for.

The problem that I have is that I can't build barracks in settlements or castles that I have captured. This is really annoying because I also can't train or retrain troops here. I'm using TATW 2.1 with Baron Samedi's mods Compilation, version 3.0. I also tried a reinstall of the mod but that doesn't help either. Has anyone had this problem before and found a solution?

I really hoping anyone can help me. I searched the forums to see if this problem was mention before but didn’t find any records of it.

Have you installed the bugfixer 1.30? You can find it at the bottom of the first post in that thread.

Nah, you should always be able to build barracks, culture is required for training units.

The barracks may already have been built, but he just didnt notice it couse he couldnt train units
