    Default earthqueake

i had a little problem with a silver experienced legion: i was sieging a macedonian city in the adriatic. next turn, the earthqueake appears and ive lost 3360 men aprox. each cohort had 1 or 2 guys. also, ive lost my best general who was my faction leader, and it was the turn 0 sieging the city. i would like to change this if there is any cheat.

I would usually be fine with something like this except the city I am sieging should be affected by the earthquake too. Heck, it would be even more disastrous for them, being surrounded by buildings and such. But when my full stack loses 99% of its men, and a full stack army in the city RIGHT NEXT to me doesn't lose even one man, then I get mad :\

They probably made a party while watching your army be crushed by the earthquake.

the only problem i have is that the last save filed i have is about 10 turns ago. i fought with one army, two greeks in messana and barely won. that battle blew up my mind

Yes, natural disasters can cause major problems - especially to partially depleted armies. There is nothing you can do about it.

If you had a previous save then you could load that and move the army out of the area. I'd not do that as I accept such things - I will only reload a battle if something has malfunctions inthe battle (sometimes at the start of a battle a carefully laid out formatiojnmesses up and ends up with all units next to each other with a small frontage).

I've always had a feeling that the RTW engine has some conspiracy against us. I mean random earthquakes happen where ever you have your most experienced troops.

    Never fails.

No no leave it. Then we can have players getting super pissed at seeing their best legions getting completely destroyed.

Especially when that legion was suppose to spear head an invasion
