Indeed. It's why men say Darou or Na instead of Ne :p.

I've been doing other non-modding things lately, and thus haven't really committed the time to do anything serious with them .

Just a sekigahara campaign inspired unit pack.

Who knows. Maybe CA might take our mod idea and rebrand it into a DLC. I mean its really viable.

(Its clickable by the way....An S2 overhaul mod.)

Seriously. Click it. Its the only overhaul mod that's overhauling enough to bring out NEW clans

Hmm... I doubt it. At the moment, things work pretty well, there's a heap of users, etc. I'd figure doing that would be tantamount to submitting a modification on the Steam Workshop, about which I still have gripes .

But could you submit an article onto the Shogun 2 Game Hub about the Seki campaign, including links to download it here?

When is v 1.0 coming out? Is it coming along with the third faction pack?

Not for a while, however we will be releasing a really beefy update. A decent amount of it is highlighted here .

He was still able to move but as time progresses, his condition worsened hence the palanquin had to be used.

Aye, but would the leprosy have gotten so bad in the period between July and October to shift him from being able to ride on horseback to disabling him to his palanquin?

Yup, here he was still able to see, albeit if he strains hard enough, now come October, we read accounts he was mostly blind.

He is like Baldwin IV of Jerusalem (mask and all)

im not one for numbers, meaning fixing up the economy + recruitment (recruitment cost is a >_<) for early game is a struggle for me which led to slow reaction time from me (honda) against Naoe which led the sanada clan to my north expand viciously and then got myself surrounded by Tokugawa Allies >_< being as indecisive as i am is a pain :'( .. but anyways i would appreciate some tips (i onl ever play on normal difficulty too .. so sad) you know, on how many armies i should have and rougly how many units per army, which buildings for early economic support and stuff .. (early game wise).

Oh and i saw someone mention more turns per year on the first page, i'd like that for the sole reason of --> My generals dont get old as quickly and i'd reaaaaly hate it if my general(especially if it was my clan leader) died of natural causes :'( ! >.<

Markets and farms are always good to build a stable economy. Don't worry about fielding a huge army at the start, yari ashigaru and bow ashigaru do just fine with a little bit of samurai support. Early game you shouldn't spend all your money on troops, spend some on infrastructure (like roads, farms, markets).

Thank you for the tip Lokgar .

i started a new hard(my first hard) campaign as Kiyomasa kato surrounded by enemies, and Kuroda was utterly useless and got taken out on turn 2.

managed to recruit a 2nd Dairirin from a province i got from Kobayakawa and set both of them loose on Shimazu, hopefully he'll change allegiances and make peace so i can focus on the northern provinces since i cant take both Shimazu and their vassal with one Army(full stack) .. maybe if i split them up?

Guess i picked the tough nut on my first hard .. Any tips would be greatly appreciated i dont wanna quit on this one seems damn interesting.

Oh and anyone recommend any clans to play in specific ? (indecisiveness is taking me no where).

One thing that might help build up your understanding of the game aspects is to pick a clan appropriate to the area you are deploying. For example, as a Tokugawa loyalist deploy somewhere around the Kanto area. As you note, the Naoe get swamped pretty early, so being on the side that's attacking is a great opportunity. The only possible downside to this is that you might want to engage in a naval invasion to expand your regions to a decent extent.

    Thanks again for the tips.
I have a question, does the Tokugawa loan room building have the "spread influence to neighboring provinces too"? Or is that only limited to the Toyotomi ? Or is it Neosgyga's submod interfering with that ? (since it adds additional units to loan rooms n all)
