I want to change to icon of the greek battle advisor. If you remember, it's the roman centurion. Actually is the same to all factions. I made a proper icon but it can't used by the game. It shows the default centurion. So, how can i have another icon for the Greeks?

You have to unpak the ui files in order to use it. Use xpak for this. Once you have done this, place your icon in the proper file (should be under something like UI/Greek) and you should be set

I made the icon the way you said but the result is the same.

Tell me the steps you took in the "unpacking" process. Just unpacking the files wont do anything - this is the part that most people have trouble with.

Used the xpak, i got the "hidden" files in a new Data file in the "pack" file in RTW directory. Then in the previous data file opened the file "GREEK_CITIES", found the battlemap advisor's icon and edited it. Later i copy-paste the folder "GREEK_CITIES" from the data file to the game's directory in UI/.

Well you need to repakc the pak file, as the game always looks in the pak file first.

well, you dont necessarily need to repack. If you make an empty text file in the paks folder with the same name as the pak you extracted (must delete this .pak file from here in order for it to work) then it will look in your ui folder instead.
