    Default Find and modify a number in a text file

    I want an app that will find a number in a text file and then -75 from it.

    It seems a simple task but my searches are failing to come up with anything.

    Does anyone have a recommendation for me?

    I know there's some EDU programs that can mass edit unit stats, maybe you could modify one of them to suit your needs?
