Bug help?

Hey,
trying to play TA:TW I keep getting this bug when going into combat:



This results in me having to keep a needlessly high micro level to keep control of who is dying where.
Just wondering if this is something that is fixed in 2.1 (I didn't get the patch yet.) or if there is some other fix.
I'm able to run the Westeros mod and vanilla fine, so I doubt it's my gamefiles.

Try this:

NOTE : IF IN BATTLE YOU GET THE WHITE UI THEN DELETE m2tw/mods/Third_Age/data/ui/battle.sd

On my system the path is: C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods\Third_Age\data\ui\battle.sd
