Why no Achievements for Rise of the samurai ?

Also the Gempei armurs are really low resolution in the Avatar , they do not look that good ...

Wasn't the question not already answered? Because it's considered a DLC-only package, and ppl who didn't bought it or don't wanna buy it, would be being put in a bad situation, cause they 'd be never able to met the requirements to ever finish them.

Can I earn base-game achievements (like winning a campaign on Legendary or Very Hard difficulty) while playing Rise of the Samurai?

yeah you can.

Normally you should be able to. You can win the "win a campaign on x difficulty" achievement win in fots, despite in being original from s2.
