problem with installation

can anybody explain me how to install this wonderful mod?

i tried to follow the instructions but i must have missed something because i can t get it work.

1) i installed SS 6.3
2) i installed SS 6.4
3) in mods folder there is a folder called SS 6.3 but everything works, i launch the .bat and the loading screens says 6.4
4) i downloaded RR/RC compilation part1+part2 (august 13 version)
5) i extracted it in medieval II total war folder
6) a new folder was created in mods folder, called "Stainless_Steel_6"
7) i the Task.bat in the medieval II folder
8) i download the update for the 13 august verion
9) i put it in medieval folder and extract it
10) i run the Task2.bat


Then i m lost!

i open the "Stainless_Steel_6" folder, and i see many data folders, i just open the "data" folder and run the Stainless_Steel_Kingdoms.bat inside, but when the game is launched, the medieval II total war VANILLA loading screen appears, then crash to desktop.

so i try to use the 6.4 SS launch icon : vanilla 6.4 SS is launched, i don t see any loading screen telling me i m playing RR/CC

so :

- is my installation process is the good one? if i made a mistake, which ones?
- what the hell with all theses data folders in the "Stainless_Steel_6" folder? (Data, Data_AI_Byg , Data_AI_TheSavage, Data_BGRIV, Data_Campaigns_1370_1450, Data_Campaigns_Early_Late) all i want is play late era with Byg IV version...
- how to launch the mod once it is well installed??? Stainless_Steel_Kingdoms.bat ?


i know this kind of thread seem annoying to most of you but it would be much appreciated you guys help me to play this fantastic submod

The RC/RR compilation is not yet compatible with the latest versions of Stainless Steel. If you want to play, you'll have to install it over SS 6.1.

I knew what you had done wrong, and I gave you a hint when I said "Are you sure you followed the instructions?".

I don't know how you could possibly miss

DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLATION:

Install over the top of SS6.1 with RR and BGR options UNTICKED.
