Battle screen crash movement.

When I am in a battle and everything is going well. All of a sudden the screen gets stuck and moves in what ever direction you take the mouse in. And it will not stop unless I totally get out of the game and restart my computer. This is the only thing that happens to me. And let me say it is very annoying. And yes even once this happens and you go to the campaign screen it will continue there as well. If this has happened to you. Let me know, and how you fixed it. And my computer is brand new 2011 Digital Storm 3rd level Assassian system. So it is jacked.

I did a bit of googling, and if I read the specs to that machine right, it has SLI GTX 580. Nice, very nice. Have you downloaded/created your self, the SLI profiles for NTW? I use SLI GTX 580 too, and I had the same problems until I had created a profile for NTW and downloaded the newest 285something drivers.

As I said, I did some googeling on your "Digital Storm 3rd level Assassian" system, and the add I found saw it, if I read it correct, dual GTX 580 in SLI. But that might have been a different discount offer, who knows, sorry anyway for the confusion.

Dont mind that is says ETW. Just "replace" every ETW with NTW and you are good off.

One thing that may help but no promises, in Device Manager, disable all sound drivers but the Sound Blaster ones.

Ok, I found out why the screen starts to wander around by itself and gets stuck doing so. And what is strange is that this only happens so far when I play ETW or NTW. Haven't seen it yet on STW2. But what it is, is my keyboard loses contact with my computer and so the screen starts to wander. I fixed this by unpluging the keyboard and then pluging it back in again. But that solution doesn't last long. I really don't know what to do about this. It happened on my dell I had before the system I have now. If anyone has any suggestions. I'm ALL EARS on how to stop this problem. And yes the drivers are up to date and I have also tried other USB ports as well. And that doesn't work either.

What kind of keyboard?

Razor Lycosa. Bought it this year with my Digital storm computer.

I used to have a similar problem in Rome Total War, but I've never seen that happen in any other TW title.

Have you checked for updated drivers for it? Sometimes it can be the problem.

Yeah, I updated the drivers and it still happens.

Do you have an old generic keyboard to try it on?

No, but I have been thinking about going out and getting one today.

It's funny, the keyboard is the only thing that acts up. The mouse is just fine.
